About the Role

Electrical Works & Infrastructure Limited (EWIL) is seeking a motivated Technical Projects Coordinator (Electrical) to support our electrical projects, field services, testing, commissioning, maintenance and operations activities.

The successful candidate will assist with project coordination, site support, documentation, procurement follow-up, client communication and technical reporting. This role is ideal for a junior electrical professional who is organized, computer literate, field-oriented and willing to grow within a technical engineering company.

Key Responsibilities

·         Coordinate electrical project activities and support daily operations.

·         Support field teams during electrical installations, testing, maintenance and commissioning activities.

·         Prepare reports, schedules, trackers, checklists, work packs and close-out documents.

·         Follow up with clients, suppliers, technicians and subcontractors.

·         Assist with procurement, logistics, material tracking and equipment movement.

·         Collect technical data from site and assist with basic electrical documentation.

·         Maintain organized project files and ensure proper documentation control.

·         Support EWIL safety, quality and client site requirements.

Requirements

·         Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.

·         Minimum 2-3 years experience in the electrical field.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

·         Must hold a valid driver's permit and be able to drive.

·         Good communication, organization and follow-up skills.

·         Basic understanding of electrical installations, maintenance, testing and commissioning.

·         Willingness to work in both office and field environments.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, organized, safety conscious, teachable and willing to learn. The person should be comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers, technicians and managers, and should be able to support both technical and administrative project requirements.
